Facts and Questions

Q: Do I need a wedding planner?

A: It can depend! Hiring a wedding planner can help with a variety of issues, the main one being managing your stress. If you are having a very personal and intimate wedding you might not need one if you have reliable family to help out. However, if you have a larger wedding and want to ensure that some helps you plan, organize, and execute your big day than a wedding a planner is highly recommended.

Q: How much does a wedding planner cost?

A: Our lowest package starts at $1,200 but there are exceptions that can be made, if you are having an intimate wedding day or a “micro” wedding we can customize a package for you based on your needs. Be sure to watch for promos and special discounts throughout the year!

Q: How do you choose a wedding planner?

A: You should choose a wedding planner that you connect with! You are going to be spending a lot of time with one and this person should be someone you vibe with and someone that throughly understands your vision and can execute it to your standards. Making sure that your planner is knowledgeable, one step ahead, and can think of all the things you might be missing is a very important part. Don’t be afraid to set up an initial consultation with the planners you are considering and interview them to make sure that your planner is the right fit for you.

Q: How many weddings do you do a year?

A: Great question! For us, it is important not to take on every wedding that inquires into us. We want to make sure that every couple gets our full and undivided attention and that we are not taking on so many other things that your wedding day slips through the cracks. The amount we take on depends on a few factors, how many full wedding plans we have, partial, and wedding day coordinations. Roughly there is about 20 weddings we take on, sometimes less if there are multiple full plans and partial plans, and sometimes more if we are doing more wedding day coordinations that year.
